The Monroe County Deputy Sheriff's Association is a labor organization representing the Jail and Civil Bureaus of the Monroe County Sheriff's Office in Monroe County, New York. Originally associated with the Civil Service Employees Association, decertification was granted and the M.C.D.S.A. began representing itself in 1988. Today we are proud to represent almost 500 Jail and Civil Deputies, Corporals, and Sergeants. Negotiations, collective bargaining, working conditions, and general support to our members are just a few benefits the M.C.D.S.A. provides.
